      Thank you for mentioning my books, Katrina, but I have to say that Local Flavors is hardly just about blood oranges and avocados. I visited 100 markets all across the country and as many foods as they had are represented in recipes —kale, beans, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, apples – and yes, blood oranges and avocados as well. Lot of people and markets in California and Arizona!
